Terms for data products

This is the outline of the terms that will govern T2 data products at launch. It is not an offer and nothing can be bought yet.

Draft — not yet in force

  1. Licence. Each licence is per customer and non-transferable.
  2. No resale of raw page text. Extracted page text delivered through the Search API may be used inside the customer's application; it may not be resold or redistributed as a corpus.
  3. No generative-model training. T2 data may not be used to train generative models without a separate written agreement.
  4. Rate limits. Each product carries a rate limit, published on the docs page at launch.
  5. Availability. Availability target: TBD.
  6. Governing law. TBD.
